Presentation :
Aubert de Vilaine, from Romanée Conti, in Burgundy, was the first to be very impressed by our wines, in 1978, tasted at Beaumanière. He spoke about them to his importer in the US who also liked them a lot and he started to buy the reds from us. This importer then mentioned them to Robert Parker who tasted them 82 vintage. He really liked them. We were also the first wine from the Alpilles which was written about by Parker. That was in 1984. From then on we started to become well known. But we were better known abroad than in France.
